14-Day Warranty Included with All New Product Purchases
Baxton Studio Outlet (BSO) offers a 14-day warranty on all new products purchased. However, BSO does not accept returns nor honor exchanges for customer remorse.
Warranty claim made within 14 days from pick up or delivery: replacement parts or an even exchange will be honored. BSO will first attempt to replace item part(s). If parts are not available, the sales associate and/or parts associate may authorize a full item replacement. Any replacement parts/units must be taken possession of via the same method as the original order. BSO may/may not require a return of damaged or defective item(s).
Warranty claim made after 14 business days from pick up or delivery: The warranty has expired, but the consumer may purchase the necessary part(s) for a fee, if the part(s) are available. BSO is unable to honor a return, exchange, order cancellation, or refund once the warranty period has expired.

All mattress purchases are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable after shipped/picked up due to strict health code standards.
Pricing and Discounts
BSO does not allow sale prices to be applied retroactively. BSO reserves the right to refuse a sale or to deny advertised/tagged item pricing if erroneous. BSO reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale if price is erroneous.
Order Pick-Ups
BSO staff will assist in loading a vehicle, but the customer is responsible for securing the product within the vehicle.
If a customer is unable to take his/her item(s) with on the day purchased, BSO will hold items for 14 days. After 14 days have passed, BSO can no longer guarantee inventory will be held; quantities are limited and a backorder may occur.
Phone Orders: ID & CC Verification Requirements
For both order pickups and deliveries, BSO is unable to release merchandise paid by credit card over the telephone to someone other than the original purchaser. The purchaser must be physically present and must show both a government-issued photo ID and the original credit card. If these documents are missing or a different individual is attempting to pick up or accept delivery of a phone order, BSO will regretfully deny release of the merchandise until these forms of ID in their original form can be verified.
